Order Processing

In-stock orders are normally processed and dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation. Sundays, public holidays, special-order items and circumstances outside our control can affect processing time.

Shipping Coverage

We ship to serviceable pin codes across India through available courier and logistics partners.

Estimated Delivery

Delivery is generally expected within 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier network. Remote locations, weather, operational disruptions and other carrier-related conditions may take longer.

Shipping Charges

Any applicable shipping or Cash on Delivery charge is shown during checkout before the order is confirmed.

Tracking

Tracking details are shared after dispatch when available from the courier partner.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipment

If a parcel arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, contact us promptly with the order number and clear photos or video so the issue can be reviewed.
