Pro Piston accepts eligible return requests within 7 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return

Contact us within 7 days of delivery by phone or email with your order number and reason for return. Please include clear photos or video where the product is damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied. Do not send an item back before the return request is reviewed.

Return Conditions

For a standard return, the product should be unused, uninstalled, undamaged and returned with its original packaging, labels and included accessories.

Fitment and Installed Parts

Customers should verify the motorcycle model, variant, year and part compatibility before installation. Parts that have been installed, modified or damaged during fitting may not be eligible for return unless the product was defective or incorrectly supplied.

Electrical and Consumable Parts

Opened or used electrical and consumable items may be restricted from standard change-of-mind returns for condition and safety reasons. Verified defective or wrongly supplied items are reviewed separately.

Return Shipping Charges

If Pro Piston supplied a verified wrong, damaged or defective item, Pro Piston will cover the approved return-shipping cost or arrange the return as applicable. For an eligible change-of-mind return or an incorrect fitment ordered by the customer, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Original Shipping and COD Charges

Original shipping or Cash on Delivery charges are not refundable for change-of-mind or customer fitment-error returns. Where a verified wrong, damaged or defective item was supplied by Pro Piston, the applicable order charges will be reviewed as part of the resolution.

Refund Processing

After an approved return is received and inspected, approved refunds are normally initiated within 5–7 business days. Payment-provider or bank processing time may be additional. For eligible Cash on Delivery orders, the refund method will be coordinated with the customer.
